Harry reveals how things are really going with Shakira after Love Island, and I’m shocked

Harry and Shakira made this the most chaotic Love Island series ever after getting together in the final week, and he’s just shared a huge update about how things are going on the outside.

The pair were coupled up early on in the villa, but he savagely ditched Shakira for Helena and they went exclusive. However, Harry and Shakira then did a full 180 and confessed their feelings for each other right before the end.

We didn’t really get to see much of them together on Love Island, and we were all convinced player Harry would mess things up, but it sounds like they’re going really strong. I’m shocked!

Speaking on the Not My Bagg podcast, Harry gushed: “Things with Shakira are incredible. We’ve been joined at the hip, ever since we came out of the villa. We had one day where she went back to Burnley and I went and saw my mum. And then we’ve just been together ever since.

“I think the moments that we spend together alone are the ones that I’m living for, to be honest. I feel like we can we both just relax when we get in bed. We’ve been living in hotels and the only time we’re relaxing is when we get in bed together at night.”

He said even if they’re just “sitting in silence,” it’s just “so nice to be next to her,” and added that he’s “loving” being with her so much. Aww!

Harry also addressed why he didn’t get back with Shakira in the villa sooner, saying he “never knew she felt the same way” and didn’t want to “stick his neck on the line”.

The 30-year-old said: “I had something good with Helena. It was definitely more friendship, but trying to move it into something more serious it was more of like a ‘I’ve got to let all this out. I have to’.

“It’s really hard for me to talk about my emotion sometimes and in that moment [with Shakira], you could see it in my eyes, I was like ‘This is so f**king real’ and I had to let it out and tell her how I felt.”
