‘Senorita kidnap!’: Essential witness from night Amy Bradley went missing was axed by Netflix
The family is still looking into someone who said they saw Amy being taken from the ship
A witness statement from the night Amy Bradley went missing was missed out of the Netflix series, Amy Bradley Is Missing. Someone claimed to have seen Amy being taken from the ship in the early hours of the morning she disappeared, and this account was not featured in the documentary.
Amy Bradley went missing in March, 1988. The Netflix documentary explained she had spent the night in a club on board with her brother and a musician called Yellow. Amy had then returned to the family cabin. When her father went to check on her the next morning, the balcony he had last seen her on was empty. To this day, nobody knows what happened to Amy.
Since the show has been released, the Bradley family has received thousands of new tips. A man claimed to have rented Amy on an escort website, and her brother Brad Bradley explained a police officer is believed to have spotted her in 2016. In a further interview, Brad Bradley spoke of a key witness statement that didn’t make it into the Netflix series.

‘Señorita kidnap! Señorita kidnap!’
Brad appeared on Courtroom Insider with Nate Eaton, and shared the compelling detail. “There was a third eyewitness who wasn’t mentioned in the docuseries who testified,” Brad explained. He said the woman spent a lot of time in the Viking Lounge, the club Amy was seen in on the night she went missing, and was there in the early hours in the morning following, on the day of Amy’s disappearance.

Brad said the woman saw Amy go into an elevator, and then to the “back area” of the ship. This is believed to have happened after Amy’s father last saw her on the family balcony. He continued: “Then she testified that a young girl, who she suspected to be around 18 or 19 years old came out the back of the bar or kitchen yelling, ‘Señorita kidnap! Señorita kidnap!’.”

Brad said he and his family have tried to track down the bartender who was yelling, and the eyewitness who saw this happen. “We’ve not been able to at this point,” he said. “We have no idea who the young girl who she claims said the kidnap part is.”
He added: “This whole case hinges on somebody who knows something coming forward.” One of the key theories is that Amy may have been taken from the boat, and trafficked.
