Lil Tay’s dad finally speaks out after she made $1 million in three hours on OnlyFans

‘Some people won’t approve no matter what she does’

Lil Tay’s dad has finally broken his silence after the influencer made over $1 million in just three hours on OnlyFans.

The 18-year-old rapper and internet personality once dubbed herself the “youngest flexer of the century.” She launched her OnlyFans account the moment she legally could, quite literally at 12:01 AM on her birthday.

Since then, her rapid rise on the platform has been met with a mix of shock, concern and celebration. But one person who seems completely unbothered by the chaos is her dad, Chris Hope.

Her dad says he is not judging her

In an interview with TMZ, Chris, who is also an attorney, said he’s not planning to monitor Tay’s OnlyFans page, even if it does include adult content. “She’s now an adult and can make her own decisions,” he said. “I’m sure she’s going to be successful in whatever she decides to do.”

He also acknowledged the backlash, saying, “Some people won’t approve no matter what she does.” But he insisted he’s not judging her and still has love for his daughter.

Lil Tay, real name Claire Hope, claimed she earned $1,024,298 within three hours of launching the page, with screenshots showing $511,003 from subscriptions, $486,558 from private messages, and $26,736 in tips.

Of course, it’s far from the first time Tay has made waves online. In 2023, her Instagram account posted a statement claiming she and her brother had died, only for it to be revealed as a hoax days later. Tay later accused her father and former manager of staging the post. Chris has always denied any involvement.

Now that she’s turned 18, she’s clearly taking control of her own brand, and doing so loudly.

“You can hate on me all you want,” she said in a recent Instagram video. “But you can’t say Lil Tay ain’t winning.”
