These are all the Virgin Island cast members who have had sex since the show ended

Channel 4’s Virgin Island has come to end, or reached its climax, as one could say.

During the show, we met 12 individuals looking to lose their virginities. Sent off to Croatia, to work with sex therapists or “surrogate partners,” the contestants were gently guided into how to approach the world of sex.

So, did any of them get lucky following the success of the show? Let’s see.

Dave

First up we’ve got Dave who was the only cast member to lose their virginity on the show.

During Virgin Island, Dave slept with Kat Slade, his surrogate partner. He has since been on to sleep with two more women but now has a girlfriend.

The 24-year-old spoke out about his bedroom skills, saying: “Some of them aren’t amazing. But my girlfriend is happy. Our first time together was amazing.”

As Dave was the only cast member to lose his virginity during the show, the group aptly named their WhatsApp chat “Virgins and Dave”. Apparently, the name is edited though when another cast member is no longer a virgin, and their face is greyed out of the group pic.

Pia

23-year-old Pia was open and honest about her experience with vaginismus, a painful condition where the vagina suddenly tightens once something is inserted inside it.

Pia said she rekindled things with an old flame after filming but that the pair decided they’d be better off as friends.

Emma

Emma actually went on a date with cast mate Viraj after filming ceased, but they aren’t in a relationship.

Although, the 23-year-old explained that she has “explored intimacy” with other people but that she’s “not in the right mindset for a relationship” at the moment.

Viraj

Viraj, who works as a personal trainer, has been focusing on travelling and his career since Virgin Island.

He spoke positively about his experience on the show, saying: “The experience changed me. I’ve come out of my shell so much more and I feel way more confident.”

“I feel like I can open myself up very well and that growth, whatever that was that I did on the island, it changed me and I can’t thank the therapists enough for those one-to-one workshops. It changed me massively.”

Ben

Since Virgin Island, 30-year-old Ben is yet to have sex but said he’s still updating his date spreadsheet. He explained that he’s added three more women to the document and even shared and intimate moment with one.

“We got a little intimate on one of our dates. I kissed her on the lips a bit. It went quite well,” Ben said.

He also told The Times that he hopes the show helps to end the stigma around virginity, adding that he doesn’t regret taking part in it “at all”.

Holly

Holly has announced that she began dating someone five months after filming concluded. Unfortunately, the relationship didn’t last but the 23-year-old said it “didn’t go terribly”.

Zac

Since the show, Zac has said he feels more confident but that “the bulk of the practical and physical skills that were explored have eluded me”.

According to Entertainment Daily, he noted that being able to express his “thoughts and feelings is a work in progress”.

Tom

Tom, who is studying a Master’s at the University of Manchester, is also yet to experience sex, saying: “I can’t say I’ve put too much of it into practice.”

He has said, however, that he’s used the time since the show to hang out with his friends a lot.

Taylor

Taylor came out as gay during the show, but admitted that she hasn’t lost her virginity just yet.

Charlotte

29-year-old Charlotte opened up recently about how her experience on the show led her to getting her ADHD diagnosis. She explained that she is now on medication and feels “more comfortable in my skin and in romantic situations”.

Jason

Jason has said he is yet to have sex but that he joined Hinge and asked fellow Virgin Island cast member Louise out on a date. However, despite saying yes, Louise has now moved to New Zealand.

Louise

Our last Virgin Island cast member is Louise who explained that she is open to dating Jason and “they’ve “stayed in touch, and are very good friends”.
