Omg, Sierah’s resurfaced exit from The Bachelor makes her time on MAFS look tame

We know Sierah Swepstone as one of the brides on Married at First Sight Australia season 12, but her first journey into the world of reality TV was actually on The Bachelor Australia in 2021.

The man up for grabs back then was Jimmy Nicholson, a 31-year-old aeroplane pilot from Sydney, New South Wales, and Sierah was keen to get her hands on him, so much so that she referred to herself as a “tall, h*rny bogan.” She was eliminated at the end of episode eight, and while she didn’t get the guy, her exit has gone down in history as one of the most iconic.

In the clip, which has been circulating on Twitter and Reddit for months now, Sierah reluctantly gives Jimmy a hug while patting him on the back. Her face is a picture as she walks out, the room’s silence deafening.

“I had a feeling he wasn’t into tall, h*rny bogans,” she said once in the limo. “Any guy would be lucky to have me. Jimmy couldn’t see that and that’s a him problem. It’s just bullsh*t. You don’t want to give me a rose? Fine, I’ll be alright.”

Reacting to the admittedly hilarious clip on Reddit, one person wrote: “That one dude in MAFS was right, she might kill you in your sleep.”

“One of the many genuinely awful people to expose themselves on national TV from this show,” another said.

A third wrote: “Like all the rest of them, she’s chasing fame, not love. Proves it even more so now, throwing herself amongst the reality TV shows.”

Though her dramatic exit from The Bachelor was messy as hell, MAFS’ Sierah did not think as much, telling WHO at the time: “It’s honestly so funny to watch, I can’t stop watching it!”

Three years later, Sierah would sign up for MAFS Australia season 12 in the hopes of finding love. Matched with British lad Billy Belcher, things seemed to be going incredibly well, and he didn’t mind her reality TV past.

‘I did know she was on The Bachelor after the cast was leaked on your site,’ he told Daily Mail Australia. “Me and Sierah had a chat, she obviously told me about it. So it looks like I was in competition with, I think it was Jimmy, for a little bit. Let’s hope i’m into tall h*rny bogans.”

It turns out he was into tall, h*rny bogans, just not the ones involved in cheating scandals with other grooms.
