Emilie Kiser’s heartbreaking final posts before son’s death celebrated ‘being a mother’
Three-year-old Trigg passed away just after Mother’s Day
Emilie Kiser’s devastating final posts before her son passed away all celebrated life as a mother, including one that was shared on Mother’s Day.
Trigg Kiser died in hospital on Sunday (18th May) from injuries after falling into the swimming pool at their Arizona home six days earlier.
Officers responded to a drowning call on 12th May, where they found the three-year-old unconscious, the Chandler Fire Department told NBC’s 12 News Arizona.
The day before was Mother’s Day in the United States, and Emilie shared a heartbreaking video on Instagram and TikTok containing clips of her two children.
“POV: The joys of being a mother,” she wrote in text on the screen, celebrating being a mother to her two sons Trigg and Theodore, who was born in March.
There are videos of the influencer in the hospital after giving birth, picking lemons from a tree with Trigg and playing in the garden with her two sons.
“Forever grateful that I get to be a mommađź’› Happy Mother’s Day🌷,” she wrote with the sad hashtags “#momssupportingmoms,” “#momoftwo” and “#boymom”.
Two days later, on 13th May, Emilie shared a series of images of family life at home and wrote: “Love a good dump of photos and a good hair day.”
That was her final post before Trigg tragically passed away, and one of the images shows her kissing the toddler while sitting on a picnic blanket.
There is also a photo of Trigg, Theodore and her husband Brady in bed, and one of Trigg wrapped in a towel in the garden.
Paramedics performed CPR at their family home before taking the child to Chandler Regional Hospital and then Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where he passed away.
