Grace drops huge £1,200 in one-day cosmetic transformation session after Love Island All Stars
She had a variety of treatments done
Before Love Island All Stars, Grace Jackson dropped nearly £2,000 getting work done. And now, she’s posted a video of her getting even more cosmetic tweakments since the show.
Grace has always been very honest about the cosmetic surgery she has had done. She always visits the same clinic, which will drop full videos detailing each time she pops in. Grace shares the exact treatments, and often talks through what she’s getting.
Grace is a regular with renowned aesthetics doctor Dr Roshan Ravindran, known as Dr Rosh. She’s been seeing him in Manchester for years. Ahead of the All Stars villa, he gave her “a few little touch ups”. This included a number of different filler treatments, and Botox.
This week, she’s been back. Dr Rosh shared the visit to his TikTok, captioned: “Catch up with Grace Rosa”. In the video Grace said it had been “such a long time” since she’d seen the doctor, despite her only last visiting him before she went on All Stars. “I feel like I need a bit of a refresh,” she explained.

She asked for under eye filler, to cancel out “excess skin on my eyes”. She then said she was “getting headaches again” so requested a top-up of masseter Botox. “I really need it doing,” she said. “Can you see that it’s come back out?”.
She also said she is “really struggling” with her traps, but has “never had traptox before”. Grace then asked the doctor if the skin around her neckline “looked quite high up”. She requested he “do something with that.” He suggested “tension” on Love Island might be the reason she feels as though she needs a top-up of masseter Botox, and some traptox done.

According to Dr Rosh’s website, filler around the eye area can start from £395. Masseter Botox is also starting from £395. A “traptox” treatment would be around the same again. So, from this, it can be assumed Grace spent around £1,200 in one day, at the clinic.
A few people in the comments have been questioning if this is “too much” work in a short space of time. However, Dr Rosh defended Grace and explained: “For anti wrinkle sure, we did Botox to reduce muscle tension and headaches which is completely different.”
