Grace has openly shared all the cosmetic work she had done for the Love Island All Stars villa
She spent around £1,800 on tweakments
Grace Jackson has spoken about all the cosmetic work she had done in prep for being a bombshell on Love Island All Stars. Her perfect vibes don’t come easily!
Ahead of the 2024 series she was first on, Grace had some work done. In TikToks shared by her doctor, she spoke about the procedures. She’s since posted a further TikTok, detailing more of the work she had done, this time for All Stars.

Before All Stars, Grace posted a “spend a week with me glowing up for Love Island” video. In this, she detailed intense workouts at the gym, and visiting Dr Rosh, who she’s been seeing in Manchester for years. She said he gave her “a few little touch ups”.
She also had her brows laminated and a lash lift. Grace later visited Spectrum One hair salon to get “super bright blonde” hair extensions. She got her nails, and toenails done straight afterwards. The average cost of brow lamination and a lash lift together is around £80. Spectrum One posted to say Grace got tapes done with them, which can cost up to £244. Getting both sets of her nails done could have cost around £80.
Speaking to her doctor ahead of Love Island 2024, when asked what she wanted done for the villa, Grace listed off a few things. She said: “Definitely tear trough [filler], I’ve not had that done for over a year now so I feel like that really needs doing. I think maybe a little bit [of filler] in my chin, you know how we just round it off?

“I don’t know what you think about lips, they’ve not been done for over a year. They’ve lasted really well. I over line them, so without lip liner I don’t know if they just need a little bit more.”

Grace went on to say she has had Botox in her forehead in the past, but wouldn’t need that topped up ahead of the villa as it’s still “fine” from her last top-up. This was now six months ago though, so she may have had some more done for Love Island All Stars.
Dr Rosh then replied to say they did tear trough filler for Grace, as well as some filler in her chin and also in the cupid’s bow area of her lips. According to his website, tear trough filler costs £395, chin filler is £395 and lip filler also costs £395. Botox starts from £245. So from this, it could be estimated Grace spent around £1,430 on fillers before the villa.
If you add this total to the beauty treatments earlier, Grace’s prep comes to a grand total of £1,834.
