Awkward video of Scott saying he doesn’t fancy Tina before Love Island All Stars resurfaces

When Tina entered Love Island All Stars as a bombshell, it was established she and Scott knew each other pretty well before. They were both on series two of the show, and went on a few dates. That was much to the dislike of Scott’s then partner Kady, who had a full-on villa meltdown over Tina.

Fast forward nine years, and Tina Stinnes and Scott Thomas are both on Love Island All Stars, revisiting the connection they had before. Or did they? It turns out they might not have had as good of a connection as Tina thinks. An old video of Scott from his first time in the villa has resurfaced, and he completely shot down the idea of fancying Tina. Awkward!

In series two, as the show reached its end, there was an episode where Islanders had video calls from their loved ones. Scott won a challenge, and his reward was a call with his brother, Adam Thomas. Scott sweetly asked his twin how he was getting on, and then asked if he was coming across as a “mug” to the public.

Adam replied: “The only thing is mate, from the outside looking in, you need to man up.” Scott asked if Kady was “playing games” with him, and Adam said yes and added: “Tell her to jog on, mate.” Brutal.

But what was Scott supposed to do if he dumped Kady? Crack on with Tina, was Adam’s suggestion. He was ahead of his time!

“Get with Tina, and then the games would begin bro,” Adam told Scott. But then that’s where a line that’s quite awkward with hindsight now kicked in.

“I don’t fancy her though do I, I only fancy Kady,” Scott said of Tina. Ummm, what? Is anyone going to tell 2025 Tina, who just had India dumped for Scott? Would she have picked Luca if she knew back in the day Scott didn’t even fancy her?
