Ashleigh’s savage response to Jake quitting MAFS Australia is everything we needed
We’ve all been waiting for her to call him out
Jake broke the rules of MAFS Australia last night by walking out of the experiment, and Ashleigh has shared a brutal response.
The PE teacher voted to leave during the first commitment ceremony, but because his wife wanted to stay, so they had to stay for another week.
However, he packed his bags and left their apartment without a care in the world, completely disregarding the show’s strict format.
In an interview with Nine after leaving the experiment, Ashleigh has revealed what she really thought of it, and she didn’t hold back.
“[Jake] just turned around the next morning and packed his stuff and said ‘I’m out of here’,” she said. “[It was] really selfish.”
“For him to decide he wanted to leave without even communicating how he was feeling, it did upset me.”
“So I just think, shame on you buddy, you selfish, selfish little man-child,” the 34-year-old dance teacher savagely continued.
“Even if we didn’t find love together I was really hopeful to even learn more about myself.”

It all kicked off between them during the photo ranking challenge, when Jake made some really horrible comments about all the other brides.
The groom was asked to rank every woman in the experiment by attractiveness and gave a nasty description about why he didn’t fancy each girl.
He said Rhi has “a little lazy eye,” Sierah’s face “screams I could stab you in your sleep” and he doesn’t fancy Awhina because of her race.
“How dare you say these unhinged things about these gorgeous women? It can be honest without being hurtful and nasty,” Ashleigh replied in horror.

She then knocked on Sierah’s door to vent about his comments, and that was practically the end of their marriage.
Ashleigh said she was still willing to try and work on their relationship at the commitment ceremony, but the damage had already been done.
