Relationship expert predicts who will win Love Island All Stars, and it’s unexpected

I really wouldn’t have guessed this

The Love Island All Stars 2025 finale is in sight, and the question on every viewer’s mind is which couple will be taking home the crown. Gemma Nice, an award-winning Sex and Relationships expert told Buzz Bingo her thoughts and observations on the final Love Island All Stars couples and gave her verdict on who should actually be winning based on compatibility. I’m shocked, to say the least! Here’s her verdict on all the hopeful couples.

Casey can’t be emotionally available with Gabby

Gemma noted that Casey doesn’t have the “ability or capacity to have emotional availability,” which she noted was a “red flag.”

“He might not even know he has this, but this gets in the way of being emotional and having deep conversations. It means he also might not want to talk about serious or important things which crop up in relationships because he doesn’t know how to.”

She explained he’s been “building a barrier” between him and Gabby, and it’s essential for him to “do the inner work” before getting serious with her.

“She can be there for him and support him, but he needs to work on himself and be willing to put in the work. There may be a lack of communication from his side even if Gabby is pushing him to communicate and open up. They will struggle with this on the outside. If a problem might occur Casey might not have the capacity to figure it out and this may cause friction and tension within the relationship.”

Ekin and Curtis are only going to find it harder to communicate on the outside

via ITV

Gemma said Ekin and Curtis don’t seem like a strong couple at all when it comes to communication. “They skirt around the subject without actually saying what is on their mind,” she said. “They both have big personalities and yes in the villa, it’s all good as it’s not the real world but on the outside, I think they will have issues due to miscommunication and trying to compete for who is better at something.”

She also pointed out that their work schedules will be totally different, and fixing their communication will be the key to making things work. “If they start strong on the outside and use good communication techniques, they listen to each other and keep track of each other’s needs, wants and desires from the relationship then it might work. I can see Curtis maybe wanting to focus more on his businesses with his brother but Ekin not understanding what is needed. Both need to communicate from the start about what they need from each other.”

Harriett and Ronnie are in for a shock once the honeymoon phase is over

Anyone can see how quickly Ronnie switched up when Harriett walked into the villa, but that could be more of a red flag than a green one.

“I would like to think he’s a changed man but living in the villa is very different to reality. He does put the effort in with Harriett which is lovely to see but when they come out they will have the pressures of everyday life and going back to work etc, plus living apart and living away from each other. It will be hard to keep the romance going,” Gemma said.

She did say there is “a lot of stigma” around people getting back with their exes. “There is a reason why they split up in the first place and if this reason isn’t rectified before getting back together, it can then come back up later on down the line in the relationship. With regards to Ronnie cheating on Harriett, there obviously was something astray in the relationship, their communication had broken down, and they maybe weren’t being honest with each other or not seeing each other as often as they may have liked, and this can then start to put a strain on the relationship. I see this time and time again where there isn’t enough communication and blame starts to happen. Also where people are working and not putting the effort into the relationship, cracks start to appear, and things change. Arguments start to happen, and blame is thrown around. They need to be open, honest, raw and real with their emotions.”

Luca and Grace’s love languages are perfect for each other

Surprisingly, Gemma thought Luca and Grace were “perfect” for each other.

“Luca and Grace have been a strong couple from the start. They have good communication skills and sort out their differences there and then. They both listen to each other and are strong in that sense as well. Some of the other islanders could learn things from them with this. Luca seems really happy with Grace and will do anything for her. I think they will be a great couple on the outside. They deeply care about each other, and this is apparent in the little gestures they do with each other. It seems Luca’s love language is acts of service and affirmations.

They certainly do have a strong bond especially if there was temptation from Samie, but Luca still chose Grace. They can both see what they have although the real test will be on the outside but if they carry on with great communication, they will be fine.”

The final predictions

Overall, Gemma’s relationship expert verdict is that Luca and Grace should win Love Island All Stars.

“I would say Luca and Grace because they seem like a genuine couple, and they have things right with communication and listening skills. They obviously deeply care for each other, I just hope the outside pressures don’t get to them and they keep going strong.”
