Every year the Islanders have had huge transformations, and the cast of Love Island All Stars 2025 are no different. This bunch said “glow up” and did it tenfold.

Loads of the Islanders in the All Stars villa have been open about spending serious bucks on cosmetic work, and have shared their before and after pictures themselves.

So, here are the biggest transformations had by the cast of Love Island All Stars 2025. You might want to sit down, some of them are very shocking.

Luca Bish

When Luca was first in the 2022 villa, a video of him getting his teeth done went viral. It showed him before veneers, looking like a completely different person. If you told me this was a different person entirely, I’d believe you.

Harriett Blackmore

Harriett has always be an honest queen when it comes to talking about her transformation. She knows YouTube videos of her looking totally different exist, and she’s openly said she’s had work done.

Harriett spent over £4,500 on cosmetic surgery and work before the Love Island 2024 villa. She’s had muscle toning procedures and her teeth done, and it appears she’s also had fillers and Botox.

Casey O’Gorman looked totally before his Love Island and All Stars days – his glow up is real. Pictures shared of him when he was first in the villa go back to when he was around 17 or 18. The pictures are all from his Instagram, which he has left full of pictures from years ago.

Posting the oldest photo in 2014, Casey captioned it: “Ginger days.” In his old pictures you can see Casey is naturally ginger, and he replied to someone in the comments to say he “tried to make it my natural colour again” after bleaching his hair.

Grace has spoken very openly about all the work she’s had done over the years. She’s spent thousands in the past, and spent nearly £2,000 just before All Stars. She’s had various different types of Botox and fillers, and some other tweakments. When she was first in the villa, loads of pictures of her transformation emerged – and it’s wild.

Gabby’s whole brand now is her fitness and wellness, and boy, she’s good at it. She’s launched an entire woman’s fitness company, so if anyone is going to share their huge glow up – it’s her. Gabby is always sharing before and after pictures on her Instagram, and commenting on how much healthier and more confident she is now.

As well as changes through the gym and her lifestyle, Gabby has had a boob job in the past, and some fillers. Get it girl!

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu

Ekin-Su has lived many, many lives. There are so many old photos of her on the internet it’s difficult to decide which is most shocking. She looks totally different in all of them.

Ekin-Su has always been very open about how much cosmetic surgery she had before the first time she appeared in the villa. She detailed getting fillers, veneers and a boob job. She spent £1,200 on fillers before going on the show, as well as £4,000 on her teeth. The average price for the boob job she had done at the clinic she visited is a further £2,900.

Tina Stinnes

Tina looks totally different now compared to old pictures. Pictures from when she was first on Made in Chelsea show her huge change. It’s been reported she spent a massive £20k on cosmetic work before All Stars. It’s believed she’s had a boob job, chin contouring, lip filler, and Botox to lift her brows.
