Kanye West’s ex Julia Fox exposes being dressed by him and how he ‘made her wear’ outfits

Kanye West’s former girlfriend, Julia Fox, had some scathing claims against her ex boyfriend about being dressed by him and how he allegedly “made her wear” certain clothing items.

Julia Fox’s 2023 memoir has resurfaced after the chaos of the 2025 Grammys engulfed the internet on Sunday night. If you haven’t seen it (you definitely have), Bianca Censori and Kanye West attended the Grammys red carpet, and Bianca stripped off her fluffy coat to reveal a completely see-through sheer dress. It was one hell of a jumpscare!

Her bare body was visible under the fabric, and this controversial fashion look could also cause her trouble with the law – she could be charged with indecent exposure.

Since the eventful Grammys, quotes from Julia Fox’s memoir have made their way back online, including lots of claims she made about him dressing her. She first accused Kanye of treating her like a “show monkey.”

“He appoints a team to work on my wardrobe,” she wrote in her book. “I immediately think of an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians where he did the same thing for his estranged wife in their early stages of dating. This is all so surreal.”

She also claimed he hired two of her best friends to be her personal stylists, and had conversations with them before about what her style would look like to the public.

She wrote: “To my surprise, I find [the stylist] in the bathroom with a mountain of clothes. I’m happy to see her, but it’s a little strange he didn’t just tell me he didn’t like my original outfit.”

During another section, Fox says Kanye allegedly offered her a boob job because one of her outfits didn’t “fit quite right.” Julia said she declined his offer” “I look at myself in the mirror, taking in my post-baby body. They’re not so bad, I think to myself.”

The book was released in 2023, but Julia also claimed she’d been asked by Kanye and his team to sign an NDA about their relationship, but she didn’t do it.

“I regret that relationship so much. I hate it! It was only a few weeks but enough to last me a lifetime. I was in probably the most uncomfortable position in my life and that’s saying a lot. I don’t want to be known for being anyone’s girlfriend,” the book read.

Kanye did not respond to requests for comment.
