If you’re watching Love Island All Stars like the rest of the Gen Z population, you might have noticed something particularly strange about Luca Bish. Or a few things. But what I’m really zeroing in on is his wild tattoos which range from Winston Churchill to Albert Einstein to other inexplicable symbols. Sure, he rocks the tattoo sleeves, but what are the meanings behind them all? Well, luckily for us, Luca has been very open about the exact vibe he was going for. So now he’s back for All Stars, what are all the meanings behind Luca Bish’s bizarre tattoos?

Speaking to RadioTimes before he first entered the Love Island villa in 2022, Luca said: “My ex was a tattoo artist so I was a bit like her colouring-in book. I was going, ‘go on then.'”

He described his eccentric tattoos as “probably the best thing I’ll ever get compared to Harry Styles at.”

They’re just very random. I wouldn’t say there’s a lot of meaning for a lot of them but they’re there now,” he explained. I mean, I get the spontaneity vibe, but surely there’s got to be a reason for having Albert Einstein on your arm…

“I don’t like [my left] arm. This has got a lion on so people are comparing me to Harry Styles – I think nine times out of 10 people with tattoos have got a bloody lion on,” he told RadioTimes.

He did say that he preferred the tattoos on his right arm: “It’s got Einstein, Amy Winehouse, Muhammad Ali, Winston Churchill. There’s a bit more meaning there but all the others I’m a bit of a colouring-in book.”
