The Ultimatum season three has landed on Netflix, and it could be the juiciest series yet.
Six new couples chose to temporarily split up and enter into trial marriages after one person in the relationship issued an ultimatum.
The newly formed couples move in together and live in apartments while their exes do the same a few doors down – but where was the show filmed?
Well, the building is called the AVE Phoenix Terra apartments in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, and it’s mega-boujie.
It’s a brand new “resort-style” mid-rise block with mountain views that make it feel like you’re on holiday all year round, the website reveals.
There’s a palm-tree-lined courtyard with an outdoor pool, loungers, and hot tub, and a wraparound patio with fire pit seating.
Plus, the apartments have a tranquility courtyard with a zen fountain, yoga lawn, grilling stations, and putting green. There’s a 24/7 multi-zone fitness center too.
If that wasn’t enough, the resident social lounge has a fully equipped, chef-inspired kitchen, a dining area, a TV, a shuffleboard, and its own Speakeasy.
All of the apartments are finished to the highest spec inside, with speckled quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and luxury flooring.
Select apartments also have kitchen islands, built-in wine refrigerators, double sinks, and private patios or balconies.
Monthly rent prices start at about $1,654 for a tiny studio and go up to around $4,480 for the most luxury apartments.
The Ultimatum couples lived in the Phoenix apartments for six weeks in total.
First, they spend three weeks living with their new partner before reuniting with their original one for another three weeks.

On Ultimatum Day, they must then decide if they want to stay with their original partner, choose their new partner, or leave the show single.
