Now it’s over, here is all the juicy evidence I’m A Celeb 2024 was staged

Why do some of the theories actually make sense

I’m A Celeb 2024 is finally over after three gruelling weeks for the celebrity campmates. The show was wild this year and had some of the best moments in its history – it’s truly made a comeback. However, many people online have been theorising that certain elements of the show had been staged, from editing errors to alleged producer plants. Obviously it’s all just speculation, but here’s all the juicy evidence that I’m A Celeb 2024 was staged.

Maura’s goggles went from off to on to off very suspiciously

There was an odd editing error during the immunity challenges part of the show where Maura had goggle marks on her forehead out of nowhere before she’d even begun to do the trial. Before the trial started, she was looking normal, and then the show cut to an ad break. After the break, the rules of the trial were being explained to the contestants, but Maura had some pretty obvious goggle marks on her forehead. Does this error actually prove I’m A Celeb has filmed the Cyclone immunity challenge more than once? Is this a fix?

The fright bus challenge had some choppy editing

The I’m A Celeb fright bus had a major giveaway people found that it could have been staged when choppy editing errors were spotted in the last group. If you skip to the end of the video above, you’ll see Tulisa, Barry and Maura all trying to move the metal hoop along the bus pipe as the challenge goes. Pay attention to who has the hoop when, because it seemed like the metal hoop kept moving back and forth along the bar with different people pushing it along at very choppy times.

Coleen Rooney was literally a psychic, but some have theorised she was a producer plant

Maybe she is just psychic, but Coleen Rooney managed to predict every huge spoiler, secret mission or suspicious thing that went down in camp. She was first to guess something was up with the junkyard, but it wasn’t hard to read Dean’s giveaway face. She then sussed out that the Total Carnage bushtucker trial would be set in a car, which nobody else picked up on. Then later on, she also figured out there would be a nasty surprise for Maura’s birthday when dinner came earlier than usual. Towards the end of the show, she also picked up on Danny’s secret mission to hide the ranger dolls. She may just have a really good eye for these things, but some people have theorised that she was a producer plant all along.

Even GK Barry said it: The reverend didn’t win

Reverend Richard Coles was an adored fan favourite this year on I’m A Celebrity and many were disappointed to see him come third overall. In GK Barry’s exit interview with Ant and Dec she was asked who she wanted to see win, and she said “if the Reverend doesn’t win it’s rigged.” Ant and Dec quickly laughed the joke off, but now people are looking at her comment in a different light.
