People are convinced Love Island’s Matilda is dating someone new – and he’s on reality TV

People think Matilda Draper is loved up with someone from TOWIE after some recent Instagram stories.

She appeared on the most recent season of Love Island this summer and left the villa with Sean Stone.

The pair finished in third place but split just a month after the finale due to their busy work schedules.

Now, three months later, people are convinced she’s seeing Roman Hackett from The Only Way Is Essex.

It comes after Roman, who joined TOWIE in 2021, shared a photo of a woman’s legs on his Instagram story.

On the same day, Matilda posted a picture on her own Instagram story wearing exactly the same trousers.

The very unique jeans are themed around the video game Grand Theft Auto, so there’s no denying they belong to her.

In the picture, it looks like the pair are hugging and he has his hand on her hip, hinting they are more than just friends.

Neither of them have confirmed the dating speculation right now, but they haven’t denied it either.

This isn’t the first time Roman has been linked with a Love Islander either.

Earlier this year, he was dating bombshell Ella Barnes, but their romance fizzled out.

She appeared on series 10 of the dating show and was in an awkward love triangle with Messy Mitch and Abbie Moores.

“We were dating for a while,” Roman told The Sun after they split. “Things didn’t work out but we still speak, she’s a lovely girl.”

Part of the reason why it last is that he still had feelings for his ex Dani Imbert, who is also on TOWIE.

Perhaps he’ll have better luck with Matilda.
