Love Island finalist Ron Hall has a new girlfriend – and it’s an Islander he was in the villa with!
He had a dramatic split from Lana after the 2023 show
Ron Hall from Love Island 2023 has a new girlfriend, following his dramatic split from Lana Jenkins after the show. The Islander pair made it to the final of the winter show that year, but split up shortly after.
Ron and Lana were runners up on the show together, but split just three months later. It was reported they split because of distance after the villa, but this had come after reports they had “huge rows” after the show. It was said their rows began as soon as on the plane home from Love Island, and this got so heated bosses of the show had to intervene.
Ron said at the time the split took a huge toll on his mental health, but said he was “proud” of Lana and they’d remain friends. However it looks as though that is well and truly behind him, as Ron has moved on with a new girlfriend.
Who he’s dating now is a very familiar face, as she too was part of the Love Island 2023 lineup. He’s now with Lydia Karakyriakou, who was part of the ninth series’ Casa Amor cast.

Sharing pictures of them together, Ron said: “Well ain’t these just lovely pictures.” 2023 winner Kai Fagan was straight in the comments to congratulate his friend. He said: “Omg finally a soft launch, so happy you and @lydiakarax have gone official.” Luca Bish added: “Happy for you bro.”

Lydia also shared some pictures of them on holiday together, to which people in the comments called them an “adorable” couple.
Meanwhile, his ex Lana has been living it up in Vegas on a brand trip alongside fellow Islander, Maura Higgins. Not a bad week for either of them!
