Adam talks about his huge post MAFS UK glow up, and pins it on finally ditching Polly

MAFS UK 2024 groom Adam Nightingale has had a huge transformation since he was on the show. But now, talking about his glow up after the show, he’s thrown major shade at former wife, Polly.

We all saw the mess Polly and Adam left things in. Everything came crashing down for them in the last few episodes. They split at final vows, and then spent the entire reunion rowing. Adam made it very clear he no longer wants anything to do with Polly, and said he’d blocked her on Instagram after she was posting memes about him. If we were hoping for a post show recoupling, it’s not happening.

However one thing that has happened since the show is Adam talking about how much he’s changed his look. He’s shared loads of glow-up pictures, and spoken about his body transformation. But in doing so, he pinned being able to change his look on finally not being a married man. Ouch.

Posting on Instagram, he said: “Sunday full body workout 💪🏽 Training to tone up now, not get big 🤷🏻‍♂️ Two and a half stone weight loss, but we still pushing 👊🏽 Weighing 13 stone seven 🤩 10-15 reps x4 no slacking.” He shared pictures of him looking trim, working out in the gym.

Adam then shared a picture of him as a “married man” before, compared to feeling better and healthier now as a “single man”. He joked that his transformation was highly related to his change in relationship status.

Since MAFS UK 2024, Adam and Polly haven’t really had a good word to say about one another. So, is it shocking they’re still beefing?

Previously, Adam posted a meme on Instagram comparing his former bride to the stalker in Netflix show, Baby Reindeer. Adam has previously called out Polly for posting memes and videos that he claimed were targeted at him. Polly told him to stop “assuming” they’re about him, and Adam blocked her.

Then, Adam posted a meme of his “acorn” haircut, and said: “Adam Nightingale is Baby Acorn” with Polly’s face on it. Polly then snapped back, and told The Tab she thinks he’s “absolutely pathetic”.

She said: “My take is it’s absolutely pathetic, he’s 34-years-old and still trying to prove he’s ‘right’ in a situation where no one’s right or wrong or should be the overall one who’s right with everything. I wish him well with him wanting to stay in the limelight that bad to gain off my expense.”

Will they ever give it up?
