Sophie Hermann reveals she ‘refused’ to film scenes with Maeva during Made in Chelsea
‘I’m not filming with people who spat on my mink’
Made in Chelsea returned to our screens last night and it certainly brought the drama with two feisty icons Maeva and Sophie Hermann once again giving us some iconic one liners. But it turns out the pair have some serious long standing beef together after Sophie claimed Maeva “spat on her mink” during one particularly tense confrontation.
The bad blood between the two is so bad that Maeva actually has a clause in her Made in Chelsea contract which means she doesn’t have to film any scenes with Maeva during the new season of the show.

Sophie revealed to OK! Magazine: “I’m not filming with people who spat on my mink. No mink spitters. It’s in my contract. Grandma’s mink is getting out unscathed this time.”
Sophie also talked about how nice it was to reunite with Ruby and Miles, adding: “I filmed with Ruby and Miles [Nazaire] and it’s fun to see how they’ve developed over the last three years – they’ve definitely grown up a little bit.
“I’m a godmother to [Ollie and Gareth’s daughter] Cosima, so I’ve been showering the babies with everything that a practical parent wouldn’t buy. ‘Would you like a Victorian swimming costume? I can make that happen.’ It’s a lot of fun – and fashion!
“I’d been seeing a lot of polyester and Lycra on the show and I wasn’t sure if this was Love Island or Made In Chelsea so I had to come back and rectify it.”
I’m so excited for the drama already!
