I don’t know about you, but Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s relationship is one of those which I completely forget existed. After meeting in 2016, they’ve survived a break and are now living happily ever after with their daughter, Daisy. Despite a controversial few weeks, Katy and Orlando are still living at 100mph and look to be living it up abroad right now, promoting Katy’s new single which has turned out to be a bit of a flop. Alright for some, hey? Here’s a look inside the relationship of Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.

After getting back together in 2017 after a brief break, Katy and Orlando seem to be head over heels in love with each other. They share Happy Birthday posts online, share Mother’s Day and Father’s Day tributes and genuinely look like they have fun together.

On top of all that, Orlando reaffirmed his love for Katy in an interview he did on the What Now? with Trevor Noah podcast back in April, where he detailed how he wouldn’t change their relationship “for anything”. He said: “I fell in love with Katheryn, this girl from Santa Barbara. And by the way, parents, pastors, living on food stamps. We’re not talking glamorous, Montecito.

“We’ve got these two giant careers and lives, and hers is even, you know… it’s like a universe sometimes.

“But I think I just keep coming back to her and trying to hold her hand and walk her back to the sand pit and be like… we’re just gonna build a sandcastle.”

Whatever that means.

Spending Christmas in Tokyo together and more recently jetting off to somewhere sunny, Katy and Orlando are always abroad. They were even apart when Katy told him the news that she was pregnant, with Orlando being in Prague for filming.

They always seem to keep active whilst abroad – they’re definitely not a sun bed and chill kind of couple that’s for sure.

Katy and Orlando welcomed their daughter in August 2020 and are hardcore in their parenting era. Katy even posted a wholesome dump back in May with some unseen photos of her pregnant bump, along with a screenshot of when she told Orlando she was pregnant via FaceTime. Their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, rarely features on the couple’s Instagram pages but is often papped out and about with her parents.

Orlando is always campaigning or using his platform to raise awareness for charities such as UNICEF. He often travels with the charity, visiting families in Ukraine and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He’s a big advocate for children’s health across the world, with Katy recently sharing a recent campaign video created by UNICEF and calling her husband “a real one” for his work. She wrote: “The way that you show up in the world is an example for us all. I love you and your ginormous heart.”

Dressing up as a vaccine and a doctor for Halloween a few moons ago, it’s clear they take scary season seriously. Orlando even made a pun out of Katy’s song, captioning the pic “I vaxxed a girl and I liked it”. Never too early for the dad jokes.
