A look inside Jessy’s wild life of travelling and vibes outside the Love Island 2024 villa

Since she entered the Love Island 2024 villa as a bombshell, Jessy has been a great Islander. She came in and straight away threw herself into a triangle with Joey and Grace which made excellent telly, and now she’s proving herself as a great wingwoman for the other gals in the villa.

Jessy is 25, and from Leicester. When asked why she wants to be a 2024 Islander, Jessy said: “Love Island is a great opportunity and experience and I’m hoping to meet someone as I’m very single.

“It now feels like the perfect time and there are so many successful relationships formed on Love Island, so I’m hoping I’m lucky enough to find someone. Love Island genuinely works, you can list a lot of couples who have gone on to get married and have children. I’m hoping I thrive in the villa as I love a holiday romance or a work fling, so it should be fun.”

Ahead of going into the villa, Jessy has been working as a brand partnerships associate. According to her LinkedIn, Jessy is currently working in brand partnerships for Prezzee, and has previously had roles at Bentley and Lamborghini.

She went to uni in Bath, and is a former cheerleader and netball girlie

Jessy went to Bath Spa university, and studied Business and Management. She was a cheerleader at uni, and also ran the cheer social media pages, as well as being a netballer and in the snow sports team.

Ahead of her graduation in 2021, Jessy posted a photo of her dissertation which was all about social media and influencer marketing. She was born ready for the post Love Island life!

‘I’m the girl next door but with a bit of an edge’

Describing herself, Jessy said she’s fun and like “the girl next door but with a bit of an edge.” Ahead of Love Island, when asked what she will bring to the villa, Jessy said: “I’m fun, I like to get involved so I’d like to think I will get stuck in as soon as I arrive.

“I also have a very sarcastic sense of humour so I’ll make everyone laugh but I’m a Sagittarius so I also have a fiery side and not afraid to say what I think or stand my ground. I’m not very good at taking no for an answer.”

What talking about what makes her a catch, she added: “I’m a bit different to the other girls in there, I’m the girl next door but with a bit of an edge.”

Jessy shares a real insight into her life on Instagram, where she seems to always be on a holiday or night out. Ahead of the villa she described her jet-setting life, and said: “I’m a very good skier and a trained scuba diver, I’m big on travel and adventure and always up for a challenge.”

She has a few dedicated Instagram story highlights for her travelling, and recently she has checked into Lanzarote, a ski resort in the Alps and Ibiza.
