What you see in this viral image can tell you whether you’re left-brained or right-brained

Why can I see an ostrich

Another day, another viral internet optical illusion to make us all feel like we’re slowly losing our sanity. On today’s agenda, is this photo (below), which is currently blowing up on X/Twitter because what you see in the image can tell you an interesting detail about your brain.

According to the original poster, if you can see a tree, you’re left-brained. But if you can see two people holding hands, you’re right brained. Well, me and the rest of the people in the comments must be not left or right brained but brain dead,  because all we can see is an ostrich. Riddle me that.

“If you see an ostrich high on weed???” questioned one person in the comments. “I see a sloth,” added another user in panic. Honestly, what is wrong with us all?

Anyway, if you do fall into the camps of people who see a tree or a couple holding hands, being right brained supposedly indicates you’re more emotional, intuitive, and creative. Whereas, if you’re left brained, you could be more likely to be quantitative and analytical. But if you’re ostrich brained, there’s no hope for you. Sorry x

And, if that’s not enough to take your brain to its breaking point on a Friday afternoon, have a look at these optical illusions and see if you can spot the hidden lightbulb in the odd orange in these viral images.
