Ruby Adler has gone Instagram official with her first boyfriend since Reza

We were living for Ruby Adler’s hot girl era in Bali. Flirting with Renan, snogging Miles in the pool– she’d finally let loose after ending her ten-year-long toxic relationship with Reza Amiri-Garroussi. And, back in Chelsea, it seemed like she was getting on well with MIC’s newest boy Charlie Wicks. But then she dropped an Instagram bombshell: a new boyfriend.

Yup, everyone’s heads were spinning when on Boxing Day Ruby shared a post with a perfectly symmetrical man tagged as Nicholas Sinclair, festively captioned: “All I want for Christmas is you❤️”. And, according to Ruby’s latest Instagram Q&A, her and Nicholas are serious and they’ve already said “I love you”. 

So, in case you’re as confused about the timeline as everyone in the comments, here’s everything you need to know about Ruby’s new boyfriend Nicholas Sinclair, including his famous dominatrix mum, his proudly violent pit bull and his friendship with Miles.

So, who is Ruby’s new boyfriend Nicholas Sinclair?

He worked at the same modelling agency as Ruby

Ruby’s new boyfriend is a model and signed with Storm Models in 2017. Ruby has worked as a talent scout at Storm and confirmed in a recent Instagram Q&A that she and Nicholas met “through work” eight years ago. She also revealed they’ll be spending their first New Year’s Eve together as a couple. So, expect more loved-up Insta content.

Nicholas has lived in Chelsea all is life, in three different houses on Edith Grove, Beaufort Street and the King’s Road, and laughed off comments from followers that he “doesn’t look very Chelsea”.

He has a young son from a previous relationship

Nicholas is father to one son called Justice from a previous relationship. “When I’m not modelling I like to work out, play football, also spend time with my son and walk my dog, mayyyybe I also like to drive my car all day aimlessly too. sometimes haha!” Nicholas told Serge DeNimes during London Fashion Week in 2017.

It’s unclear whether Ruby has met Nicholas’ son yet but it’s obvious the pair are close. In 2016, Nicholas and Justice even modelled together in a series called  Like Father Like Son. They also went on their first holiday abroad together in 2020, which Nicholas has kept in his Instagram story highlights despite deleting nearly all of his other posts before November this year.

He publicly bragged that his pit bull is trained to attack people

Nicholas faced some controversy in 2014 when he appeared on Channel 5’s Dangerous Dog Owners and Proud. He told producers on the show that his pit bull Sergeant could rip someone’s “fucking liver, spleen, and pancreas” out and that the dog had previously chased a group of guys and “caught one of them in the leg”.

“If anyone tries it with me, my dog is going before I do,” he said, explaining he’d trained Sergeant to attack people by “punching” and “hitting” him.

“If he stops I punish him,” Nicholas explained. “He has to carry on until it’s finished…If you’re fighting back this is going to be your blood, your f***ing liver, your spleen and your pancreas.”

His mum is a famous former dominatrix and Big Brother contestant

Nicholas’ mum Natalie Rowe went on Big Brother in 2016 and was the second to be evicted from the main house on day 18. On the show, Natalie revealed she owned the high end Black Beauties escort agency and worked under the name Miss Whiplash or Mistress Pain.

Natalie also admitted her clients included “high-flying Tory politicians, City bankers, judges and A-listers” and also claimed she’d seen George Osborne take cocaine when he was younger, which he denied.

While in the Big Brother house, Natalie got into a fight with Laura Carter where she violently pushed the actresses’ hand and was issued a warning by Big Brother about the violence. She was evicted three days later.

He’s close mates with Miles Nazaire

As is the Chelsea way, Nicholas is actually close friends with someone else Ruby has hooked up with: Miles Nazaire. Obviously, it seems like Miles should be heartbroken but a lot has happened since the Made in Chelsea: Bali series was filmed back in October.

When Ruby went Instagram official with Nicholas, Miles actually congratulated them and made it clear he had no problem with the relationship by re-sharing Ruby’s Q&A answer about whether she and Miles were still friends, which read:  “Yes of course we’re friends! We’ve always been friends. I would like to end the romantic speculation rn lol. @milesjnazaire & @nicholas._.sinclair are friends too.”
