The Labour leader is giving a speech at the uni
Jeremy Corbyn is visiting Lancs today as part of his 2019 election campaign.
The Labour leader held a press conference in County South Lecture theatre, on the campus of Lancaster University.
He was joined by Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer, John McDonnell and Rebecca Long-Bailey, Shadow Secretary for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
Mr Corbyn visited the university to launch his party's new digital policy, that includes re-nationalising British Telecommunications (BT) in order to provide homes in the United Kingdom with free broadband.
Ex-Labour leader Ed Miliband vocalised his support for Labour's new digital policy in a tweet made earlier.

The digital policy was announced last night, and today's visit to Lancaster University marks the policy's official launch by the Labour Party's leader.
Support for the policy has poured in, and the press conference's tickets sold out almost immediately, highlighting Mr Corbyn's popularity amongst students in the area.
Jeremy Corbyn hasn't visited the area since March 2019, in the run up to the local council elections in May.
