A car completely overturned outside Cardiff SU on Park Place
The road was closed this afternoon due to the incident
Around 3pm this afternoon a car completely overturned outside Cardiff University Students' Union on Park Place, with heavy smoke being released from the exhaust.
Witnesses to the incident have stated the car was coming down the road at 20 miles per hour, knocking into other cars on the way.

Police and Fire services were immediately on the scene, closing the road and taping the area. Meanwhile shaken witnesses were taken into a Cardiff University building.
Paramedics arrived promptly and it seems that the driver wasn't too badly hurt. The driver has also been taken into one of the university buildings on Park Place.
The car has now been turned over and towed away, with the road now reopening.
