Dr BOD graduates with honorary degree from Queen’s
And dayum did he work that robe
Rugby extraordinaire and all round super-male Brian O’Driscoll graduated today with an honorary degree from Queen’s for services to sport.
The 35-year-old record breaker received the degree in Whitla Hall,under the admiring eye of hundreds of winter graduation students from the schools Engineering, Nursing, Sociology, Business and Management.
King BOD certainly deserves the recognition for services to sport, as among his accolades he counts the most capped player in rugby-union history and holds the Six Nations record for most tries scored.

Newly qualified Dr O’Driscoll had this to say about being awarded the degree:
“To receive this recognition from such a prestigious university is a considerable honour.
“I very much look forward to sharing this special occasion with students who will be graduating on the same day.”
Oh trust us Brian, they’ll be more than happy to be sharing it with you.
