Golf Fang, Cardiff’s newest crazy golf venue is set to open later this month
Students will be able to get a cocktail and an 18-hole round for less than £15
The opening date for Cardiff’s newest 18-hole crazy golf venue, Golf Fang has been set for 24th March.
The venue combines crazy golf, cocktails and DJs with street-art-inspired decor and will open in the former Rainbow Casino on Mary Ann Street, near Cineworld.
The chain operates other venues across the UK including in Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool and Sheffield. The Cardiff location will be its first in Wales.
Prices begin at £12.50 for an 18-hole round, and a number of packages will be available including the “G.O.A.T” package which includes an 18-hole round and a cocktail for £19.50 per person or the “Double Parked” package which includes an 18-hole round and two cocktails for £27.50 per person.
However, there is also a discounted package for students, which is priced at £14.50 for an 18-hole round and a cocktail.
Cocktails at other Golf Fang locations include “Golfer’s Paradise” which is made from Ketel One vodka, Passoa, apple juice, cranberry juice, pureed mango and lime juice and “Lethal Drizzle” which is made from Tanqueray gin, Chambord, blackberry liqueur drizzle, elderflower, apple and lemon juice topped with tonic.
On its website, Golf Fang describes itself as a “company that provides guests with positive interaction with street art and its culture. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and have a naughty sense of humour. We consider ourselves a Graffiti Cathedral combined with a seriously twisted crazy golf course and cocktail bar”.
