When someone goes on a show like MAFS UK, they are definitely thinking about who has the most followers – and so far for the 2024 cast, who is most popular is a pretty close call.
They might say they’re in it for love, but a big pull of a huge dating show like Married at First Sight is the promise of new followers, and a few months in the spotlight. Every night our opinions of who are our fav brides and grooms changes with the drama unfolding, so who we’ve all decided to follow on Instagram is a good indication of who we really care to keep up with beyond E4.
Here is a ranking of the MAFS UK 2024 cast members, by who has gained the most followers on Instagram so far.
10. Adam – 62.5k

Just making it into the top 10 of MAFS UK 2024 cast members who have gained the most followers on Instagram is Adam. At the start of the show he was basically enemy number one, but he’s since had a huge character arc and now has 62.5k followers to show for it, too.
9. Amy – 64k
Amy may have been a late arrival to the experiment, but she’s still gained a decent amount of followers. Since being on the experiment she’s upped her following to 64k.
8. Ross – 64.9k
Ross is one of the most popular grooms on the show this year, with 64.9k followers so far. Is everyone else checking in every night to see what he has to say about his journey with Sacha?
7. Holly – 68.2k
Holly has just quit the show, so undoubtedly she’s about to gain more followers who want to know what she gets up to after MAFS (and Alex). She has 68.2k followers, all of which are definitely waiting for her to spill about where she stands with Alex now.
6. Polly – 74.9k
It’s been a wild ride with Polly since day one. But clearly, getting involved in all the drama has paid off for her, as she’s now one of the most followed brides this series. She currently has 74.9k on Instagram.
5. Lacey – 94.2k
A lot of us must love a love story, because just making it into the top five is Lacey, who is yet to show us any flaws in her relationship with Nathan.
4. Sacha – 101k
Our girl Sacha is the first MAFS UK 2024 cast member to hit the six figure follower count. She’s got just over 100k, and is thriving. Love that for her.
3. Emma – 111k
After she quit the show, Emma has solidified her place in the hearts of the nation. Things might not have worked out with Caspar, but clearly 111k people want to see what happens next for her.
2. Kristina – 113k
Guys, Kristina and Kieran are clearly a power couple as (spoiler for the number one spot), she and Kieran have the most followers. Kristina has 113k as it stands.
1. Kieran – 128k
Now usually, I don’t make the rules so don’t hate me, girls from reality shows tend to gain more followers on Instagram than their male counterparts. So, I’m pleasantly surprised that up in top is Kieran with 128k! Love that for him.
