During the first episode of Worst Ex Ever on Netflix, Justine Siemens tells her story of her horrific encounter with Benjamin Foster. The episode of the series is titled Dating the Devil, and it tells all about her case, and the other women involved.

A phone call Justine made to a friend lead to a shocking discovery and a huge police hunt for Ben, a recent partner of hers with a harrowing dating history. The show then tells the story of his horrible crimes, and how Benjamin Foster abused multiple women. His abuse spanned over a decade.

Justin Siemens is an ex partner of violent criminal, Benjamin Foster. She first met Foster in late 2022, whilst they were working at a bar together. They then had what she called a “casual” relationship for a couple of months.

Justine described during Worst Ex Ever on Netflix that at first Benjamin Foster had seemed normal and didn’t “have any red flags”, but things turned a bit strange when he asked for a clear urine sample. Justine then researched his history, and found out he had been arrested before, for abusing women. She then told her boss at the bar, and said Foster was fired because of this. Justine then cut all ties with Foster.

Justine then said Benjamin Foster began to stalk her, and in January 2023, she was held captive by him at her home. There, he tortured and beat her over a period of three days.

Thankfully, during her ordeal, Justine was able to get through to her best friend, Angie Milner. Angie called 911, and a police hunt began. Police found Justine badly beaten, tied up and close to death. Justine was taken to hospital, where she was in a coma in a critical condition. For a while, it was uncertain if Justine would survive.

Justine was left with traumatic brain damage and had to learn to walk again. Police at the time said Benjamin Foster “tortured” his victims and “left them for dead”.

Speaking about her life now, Justine said on Worst Ex Ever it’s been “a long road”. She said she had to learn to walk again, and had all her teeth redone after Benjamin Foster had knocked them out.

According to her Facebook profile, Justine is still living in Oregon, and she works at a local bar and karaoke venue. She still shares a lot of pictures on social media with Angie Milner, so it’s clear they are still best friends. “Only the best!!! Love u,” Justine captioned a recent picture of the two of them together.

She recently enjoyed a holiday with some girl friends, and has been away to Hawaii. All in all, she seems to be doing really well.
