Love Is Blind UK couples ranked from soulmates to ‘I think I love you’
You already know where Sam and Nicole are going on this list
Love Is Blind UK has already made a huge impact on the Netflix top 10, sitting at number one since it released. It’s been a very entertaining watch, and for a reality dating show, I’m actually surprised that many of the couples have great chemistry. There have been some seriously controversial characters already which made for some breakup drama, and viewers were left on a massive cliffhanger when Sam and Nicole split at the end of episode four. Besides the love triangle drama, here’s a definitive list of all of the couples ranked on Love Is Blind UK so far.
7. Tom and Maria
Despite being one of the last couples to pair up in the first half of this season, I truly believe these two have what it takes to go the distance. They were so adorable together when they met and on their holiday together, and their chemistry seems real. They may not have been given as much screen time as the more dramatic couples but I think that’s for a good reason: Quiet love doesn’t always make for good TV!
6. Bobby and Jasmine
Most Read
You may be expecting to see Steve and Sabrina here, but to me, Bobby and Jasmine just had that instant connection. They were so sweet with each other and I can definitely see them getting married. After Jasmine and Sam’s weird stint, and her traumatic ex drama, I was left thinking that maybe Jasmine isn’t ready for a relationship yet. However, now I can see that her and Sam just weren’t right, and her and Bobby are a much better fit. I do believe they will get married.
5. Steve and Sabrina
I do think these guys have the legs to be a real couple, but I feel like the obstacle of children will come back to bite them later. The Love Is Blind UK producers seemed to have ranked them pretty high too considering their extensive screen time. They discussed having kids, which Steve was really keen for, but Sabrina said she couldn’t see herself needing to have kids for a happy life. Although their chemistry feels real, I can’t see either of them putting their views aside in the end, and I don’t think they’ll get married.
4. Ollie and Demi
I really loved Ollie and Demi, but was a bit worried about the Cat drama. Demi always had her heart open for Ollie but he seemed pretty torn until Cat made it easy for him and ended their connection. Demi was SO lovely with her handmade birthday card for Ollie, and he seemed to really appreciate it. Also, Demi spoke about how she felt insecure about her looks but Ollie’s starstruck reaction proves that they are good together. Only time will tell how well they’ll do, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
3. Freddie and Catherine
I actually really like Freddie, but Catherine’s energy felt off with me from the beginning. She made it VERY clear that Ollie was her number one, so it’s difficult to imagine that she’s so loved up with Freddie now. It also kind of seems like Freddie is worried about his money and Catherine having access to it, but I guess we’ll have more on that in the second half of the season. They might do well but I’m not holding my breath.
2. Benaiah and Nicole
I know these two aren’t officially a couple yet, but they definitely deserve a shoutout. From all the Love Is Blind UK couples I’ve ranked, these two were once my favourites. I was really rooting for them until Benaiah came out and said that he wasn’t ready for a relationship yet?? Like isn’t that the whole point of the show?
He only pulled through when he realised Sam had his eyes on Nicole too, but it was too little too late. I applaud his confidence in doing what’s right and warning Nicole of Sam, even if it meant he lost her. Although, it looks like the two will reconcile in the next half of season one. Personally, I think Nicole can do better.
1. Sam and Nicole
You KNEW this was coming in at the number one worst couple. I’m sorry Sam, but you genuinely haven’t said anything that hasn’t made me viscerally cringe. I will never move on from “I think I love you.”
I don’t think Sam and Nicole were a good fit together: They are both big personalities, and Nicole might get on better with someone who is a bit quieter, like Benaiah. But to be so real, neither of these guys are good enough for queen Nicole. I’m kind of hoping she goes back into the pods and finds somebody new.
