‘We’re not in contact’: Toby finally talks bitter split from Love Island All Stars’ Georgia

Months after they went their separate ways, Toby Aromolaran has finally spoken out about his split from Love Island: All Stars girlfriend, Georgia Steel.

The couple were together for around four weeks after the show, but then it was revealed it was all over. It seemed the breakup was Toby’s decision, and at the time Georgia was “gutted” and felt “blindsided” by the situation.

Georgia confirmed the news on Instagram, and said the split came as a “complete surprise” to her. “After seeing the reports regarding my relationship with Toby I feel it’s only right for me to be transparent and truthful with you all,” she said.

“It is true Toby has called things off. It has taken me by complete surprise and I’m still trying to process it and come to terms with it all. They say some people are in your life for a lifetime and some just for a chapter.”

Now, finally speaking out about their post All Stars split, Toby has confirmed he and Georgia are no longer in touch. When asked by Closer online if he still spoke to his ex, Toby said: “Nah, not really no.”

He added: “We still follow each other. It’s not like the first one where we don’t follow each other, blocked – it’s not like that!” By “the first one” I’m going to assume he means all that “history” they kept talking about in the villa and when they broke up after that.

He continued that things aren’t as bad that he wouldn’t be able to say hello to Georgia at an event or anything like that, and said: “If I saw her here I’d say, ‘All right? How you doing?’ It would be sweet, not really awkward. Because we ended it quite soon, it didn’t really get sour.”

At the time of Toby and Georgia ending things, an insider told The Sun: “It’s true they have split. Toby was the one who called it a day and it came completely out of the blue for Georgia. She feels completely blindsided and gutted. She thought things were going really well for them, so it’s been a real blow.”
