This British TikToker accidentally ate a crisp worth £100k and now Walkers isn’t paying up
‘It took me six days to process it’
Cory from Cardiff has been left devastated after accidentally eating a crisp which was worth a life changing amount of money.
The 26-year-old Welsh TikToker was enjoying a bag of cheese and onion walkers when he came across the heart-shaped crisp worth £100,000. However he sadly ate it before realising how much it was worth.
To make things worse he recorded it for a TikTok video titled “What I eat in a day” and we literally see the crisp go straight into his mouth.
After he ate the crisp Cory clocked the packet explained Walkers are currently offering £100,000 to one lucky winner who finds the best heart-shaped crisp in one of their packets. His followers pointed out that he could have won but by that point it was already demolished.

Cory said the whole thing took some time to sink in, he explained: “It actually took me around six days to realise what I’d done.” His girlfriend Lea said that crisp could have changed their lives. Cory said: “We saw the crisp so we screenshotted it, cropped it and flipped it around – and low and behold it was a heart-shaped crisp. At the time, my girlfriend had a packet of walkers with her so we did a comparison and that’s when it hit me that I’d just eaten the £100,000 prize. We were both so shocked and burst into laughter. Lea then phoned her dad to explain and he didn’t believe that I’d done it. Most people had the same reaction and didn’t believe me until I showed them the video and then they all burst into laughter.”

A Walkers spokesperson has said it’s such a shame Cory has eaten the crisp. They said: “We do need to be fair to all the other Walkers fans that have followed our competition T&Cs and held onto their crisp for safekeeping, so I’m afraid we won’t be able to accept this entry this time round.”
