Bachelor in Paradise’s Spencer and Jess give major update about what’s next for them
They're already talking about kids!
Bachelor in Paradise winners, Spencer and Jess have given a huge update about their plans for the future, including plans to start a family and when they’re thinking of getting married.
Jess revealed that she’s planning on moving to Dallas to be with Jess at the start of next year, telling Swooon: “I’m moving here to Dallas at the beginning of the year, which is really exciting.
“We talked about San Diego, as well, but I think it just makes the most sense for our future to be here in Dallas right now. We’re super excited to start looking for places and all the things. It makes us so giddy. We have a Pinterest board going.”
As for their future plans to have a family, they’re currently thinking about starting to have kids within the next year or two.
Spencer told Us Weekly: “She’s 26. She was saying she wants to have kids before she’s 30. I was saying, ‘Probably in the next two years,’ in which she’ll be 28 or 29 so it’s literally splitting a one-year difference. If you’re very into math, it’s not that much of a delta.”
Despite Jess happily accepting his engagement on Bachelor in Paradise, Jess revealed why they’re not in a rush to tie the knot.
He explained: “We don’t want to put a set timeline. We’re focusing on us right now. Ideally, like, when I’m thinking about it, I do [think] this time next year, we’ll be starting the wedding planning process, but who knows?
“We might want to do it earlier. We might want to take a little more time. We’re just going to see where we’re at in our relationship and date.”
