People have a wild theory about why Khianna isn’t being favoured by Drag Race judges

'It's gaggy to me that she wasn't in the top 10 this week'

Drag Race: Slaysian Royale viewers are gutted that Khianna isn’t ending up in the top scores since the new season began. However, there’s a strong theory swirling about exactly why she isn’t being favoured, and fingers are pointing to production crews.

After the backlash over Ginger Minj winning All Stars over accusations of favouritism, there’s theories around whether the judges are being more careful about criticism. And now, viewers believe Khianna should have been scored higher in the recent week

One person wrote: “I think production is trying not to make it look like they’re pushing/favouring her is my guess because she completely devoured that and more than likely would’ve devoured the lip sync and be literally the only person on the show with any sort of win LOL.”

Another person said: “I was thinking that. I mean she’s won the first maxi challenge and both mini’s, maybe they wanted to put the spotlight on the other queens.” Other people have agreed and said, “Nah, forget that. If it’s deserved, it’s deserved.”

People believe she should have made the top two, let alone the top ten. It looks like her runway performance was on par with Vinas, while a popular opinion is that Khianna should have won the recent episode two challenge, and Arizona should have won the premiere episode.

“Maybe production doesn’t want a queen to dominate the competition this early,” theorised one viewer. And there’s no doubt she’s had the most air time compared to the other stars, with many describing her performances as “clean, controlled, and totally gag-worthy.”

Another viewer wrote: “Honestly even in her own season I thought there were a few weeks where she just absolutely demolished it and they didn’t reward her. It seems like they don’t want to make it the Khianna show, and I get that.”
