Madison and David break their silence for first time since explosive MAFS cheating scandal
The pair revealed where everything went wrong in their marriages
Madison Myers and David Trimble are some of the most divisive cast members to ever appear on Married at First Sight after their cheating scandal rocked the entire experiment.
During season 18 of Married at First Sight, Madison and David created some serious drama and backlash after hurting their original partners, Allen and Michelle, with their infidelity.
But now the two have sat down and discussed where everything went wrong in their marriages, alongside their biggest regrets from the experience with therapist Denise Bradey.

David admitted that his issues within his marriage started on the day of his wedding, after realising the “connection was off” with his wife Michelle Tomblin.
He explained: “Our communication was not there. There were no phone calls, no text messages off camera,” explained David. “That’s where our struggle was.”
Madison revealed that the issues in her relationship stemmed from focusing too much on the specific qualities she wanted in a husband.

She confessed: “We are very incompatible in a lot of different ways that were really important to me that I had explained to the experts. So I think it was just hard for me to get past that.”
Madison then opened up about her biggest regret whilst on MAFS, admitting that she knew things wouldn’t work out between them but didn’t want to end their marriage.
She explained: “There was a lot of internal struggle with that. I didn’t want to hurt him, which is ironic because I feel like I ended up hurting him the most with how everything happened.
“It could’ve been prevented or at least reduced. That’s probably my biggest regret for sure.”
Well if Madison and David delivered one thing this season of Married at First Sight, it was certainly a bucketful of drama.
