A Below Deck star almost TWICE Paige DeSorbo’s age admitted they’d slide into her DMs

Jason Chambers, known as the youngest Below Deck captain, has just admitted he’d slide into Paige DeSorbo‘s DMs. She’s fresh out of a two-year relationship with Craig Conover, her co-star on Summer House who she decided to break up with out of the blue, despite him buying an engagement ring for her around the same time.
Wait, Jason Chambers just said he fancies Paige Desorbo?!
Jason Chambers, 52, was asked to pick out of Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Miller and Katie Maloney as possible Bravo matches in a US Weekly interview. He specified that Paige, 32, was someone he was interested in after her split from Craig Conover, and didn’t mention the stark 20-year age gap between them as a problem in any way shape or form. But as it stands, he doesn’t follow her on Instagram.
“No [I haven’t slid in her DMs] because it’s a little bit raw now,” he admitted before questioning if Paige “moved on” with someone already. “I might have missed that boat.” And it’s not just Paige but her on-screen enemy, Lindsay Hubbard, who Jason has his eyes on, before she began a relationship with boyfriend Turner Kufe, and became a new mom.
He said in November 2023 he could see himself with Lindsay following her split from Craig Radke, joking that they’d “take things slow.” That same month, he was spotted hanging out with lots of female Bravo stars including Lala Kent, Olivia Flowers, Caroline Brooks, Ashley Darby, Sutton Stracke and Brynn Whitfield.
He fears he’ll be ’70 and single’ one day
With 18 years left to go until he reaches 70, the Below Deck captain is putting himself out there as much as he can. “I am honestly going to want to meet these people that are [being brought up] but that’s as far as it goes. It’s just a nice meet and greet,” he recalled on an episode of Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast in November 2023. “If you don’t try you never know. Otherwise I am going to be 70 and single.”
He added: “I’ve got to go out there somewhere and date when I can. It’s very difficult to go on dates. I’m not on Tinder.” As for what he wants in a partner, Jason wants someone that is adventurous, who gets their hands dirty, likes to travel, loves nature and waterfalls.” Well, he’s not asking for much… Anyone up for a date with the captain? Mind you, he’ll be away travelling a lot!
