Lamar Odom reveals truth about what happened with Khloe Kardashian after *that* reunion
Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are back in each other’s lives after several years. Their marriage came to an end in 2013, with Khloe filing for divorce following Lamar’s alcohol addiction problems.
The Kardashians season 6 trailer is officially out, and we did not expect to see Lamar Odom making an appearance. Khloe Kardashian reunited with her first husband for the first time in years.
Lamar Odom turned up at Khloe’s house
Lamar Odom turned up at Khloe’s house in the Hidden Hills with a bunch of red roses, wearing a top with his face on it. He had no idea the reunion would be filmed for The Kardashians, though.
“And I went there, and there were cameras there and I was like, ‘Oh, all right,’” Lamar has since explained on The Kyle & Jackie O Show. “It’s cool, I understand it, you know.”
Khloe’s best friend, Malika Haqq, set them up after bumping into Lamar at a Superbowl game. He said, “She came to me, she said, ‘Lamar, I think it’s time for you and Khloé to [meet] … it’s been years.”
Khloe revisits her past with ex-husband
Khloe revisited the past with her ex-husband, but admitted she “doesn’t know this person anymore.” She said she “honestly thinks timing is everything” and told her sisters they “wont believe who she met with.”
Kris Jenner was devastated, explaining in tears how Lamar was Khloe’s “love of her life” and that she’s “devastated for her child.” In the trailer, Khloe is seen saying a “lie hurts 7,000 times.”
Lamar reveals where they stand today
Lamar and Khloe aren’t back together, despite speculation they’re a couple. They met up to hash things out, but he’s since said on The Kyle & Jackie O Show that it would be a “blessing to just be her friend.”
The two seem to have come to a head during The Kardashians. “You know, so much time has passed, and people have, you know, changed,” he added. “I think for the better.”
He continued: “I think it’s healthy sometimes to like, you know, move on. You know, in a healthy way. Like I said, it’d be a blessing just to be a friend, just to be around her.”
