Big Brother is certainly a game of strategy and social alliances, and these days, shows have developed to include the aspect of social media. The Circle was Netflix’s social media contest, but now there’s a new series in town – The Influencer.
Giving all the Physical 100 vibes, The Influencer sees 77 of Korea’s most popular social media stars go head to head to be crowned The ultimate Influencer. Together, the Netflix show cast is worth millions, and they have a presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and more social media sites.

Meet The Influencer’s Needmorecash
First things first, Needmorecash’s entrance. Need any more be said? The Netflix show contestant let it be known he had arrived when he stepped out in a tailored suit, no shirt, holding a bird figurine in one hand.
He tells the cameras in a confessional: “My name is Needmorecash and I’m bringing joy to people through short-form videos.”
He mainly plays one character in his videos – the man in the blue suit.
Needmorecash decided this is who he’d appear as on the Netflix show.
He adds that there’s a problem, however: “He doesn’t talk.”
Needmorecash’s commitment to his character sparks curiosity among his cast mates as many wondered how long he’d be able to “keep the act up.”
Netflix ‘does him dirty’
Although Needmorecash tried his best on The Influencer, he’s not set to be crowned the show’s winner.
By episode 3, things are over for the social media star. He places 18th in a challenge after raking in just 307 viewers.
He also breaks out of character and speaks while playing the man in the blue suit.
While his performance got him sent packing and fans’ attention turned to the other remaining contestants, there was something about Needmorecash that had viewers taking to social media.
One said they spotted the star “digging for gold” on the show, adding how “Netflix did him dirty.”
More tweeted via X (Twitter): “Needmorecash picking his nose in front of 76 people is CRAZYYY.”
Although Needmorecash is out of the competition, it certainly looks like he made an impression.
The Netflix star is now back to his regular social media stardom taking to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
