Bar Rescue star, Jon Taffer, has finally broken his silence after fans noticed he hasn’t been hosting the show. He assured everyone he’s “in good health” and “still overseeing every episode”.
Confirming he won’t be going anywhere, the Paramount Plus star has sent out a message on X. Bar Rescue is essentially a show that saves bars all cross the country – and Jon has a strong warning.
Jon Taffer confirms he’s in ‘good health’
Amid concerns for Jon Taffer’s health, he has broken his silence and claimed he’s in “good health”. As executive producer and host of Bar Rescue, fans worried when he stopped hosting each episode.
He’s still overseeing each episode and ensuring that the show “continues to deliver the high standards you’ve come to expect”. Taffer is adamant his vision and strategies are still driving the show.
The host added that he can’t be everywhere at once – and fans understand that. “So you’re saving so many bars you don’t necessarily always have time to be at the one being filmed,” a fan commented.
Bar Rescue host sends out warning
Jon, whose main goal is to save as many bars across the US as possible, is warning that the bar industry is “continuing to explode,” while the “number of failing bars is increasing at an alarming rate”.
In more than 30 years in the hospitality business, the consultant and TV host has rescued nearly 1,000 bars and many more restaurants from the brink of failure.
He plans to host many episodes
Jon is planning to host “many episodes to come” on Bar Rescue, which is still going strong as a show. He thanked fans for their “unwavering support and passion for the show” as he tries to save bars.
Fans are eager to see him more often though, with one writing, “Jon, I don’t embrace excuses. I embrace solutions,” while another fan penned, “Running a bar is not just a business it’s a science.
