Sam first joined the team at The Sheffield Tab as News Editor in September 2024, before serving as Editor-in-Chief between May 2025 and January 2026. He has also had prior experience in podcasting and magazines, and has had bylines in The Sunday Times, The Star, Yorkshire Post, and Derbyshire Times.
Sam is currently a final year BA Journalism Studies student at the University of Sheffield. As part of this, he is also working towards NCTJ accreditation.
