Singer D4vd has left his Hollywood mansion, and it could be huge for the investigation
He could be arrested soon
Singer D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, has abruptly moved out of the Hollywood Hills mansion he was renting for $20,000 a month, just days after police searched the home in connection with the killing of missing teenager Celeste Rivas.
The 20-year-old musician, who rose to fame on TikTok and has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, was living in the four-bedroom property with the lease signed under his manager, Josh Marshall. That agreement only began in February 2024, two months before Rivas, 15, was last seen.

The move comes amid an investigation that has already horrified LA. Rivas’ dismembered body was discovered earlier this month inside the trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to D4vd, who was on tour in Seattle at the time. While he hasn’t been charged with any crime, his rented home was raided by police last week, with investigators seen carrying evidence including a computer.
According to the LAPD, “Several items of evidence were recovered and will be analysed by detectives.” Officers also reportedly searched the property for traces of blood.
Landlord Mladen Trifunovic confirmed to the Daily Mail that Marshall asked to end the lease early and movers have now emptied the $3.6 million property, hauling out boxes and furniture. He added that the house has security cameras installed, meaning investigators should have access to “plenty of footage” if needed.

The car containing Rivas’ remains was found abandoned just blocks from the mansion, raising further questions about why the singer and his manager chose to move out so quickly after the raid. The LAPD has not commented on whether more arrests are imminent or if the property will be searched again.
For now, the sudden move-out adds another layer of suspicion to an already disturbing case.
