The ghosts of the villa: The 2025 Love Islanders you definitely forgot were on the show

Unfortunately, every single year of Love Island has a massive cast – and not everyone gets as much screen time as the best of them. So many Islanders so little time, and if you aren’t coupled up rapid with loads of storyline and things progressing, you can count on your time being very short. Such is the case for these Islanders, who came and went very fast. I truly bet you have never seen some of these in your life – even though they were in the villa. Here’s a rundown of the Islanders who were actually part of Love Island 2025 – but you definitely forgot that was the case.

Will Means

Poor Will. Came into the villa as a sleepover bombshell and tried to crack on with Emily, which didn’t go very well at all considering nobody remembers he was there. His Instagram bio says “2 days, one villa – guess that’s my TV career over”. At least he’s self aware.

Poppy Harrison

Poppy was also a sleepover Islander who didn’t get much luck. She invited Remell to come to the sleepover to try and get him to pick her over Alima, but he didn’t. Although he probably should have, because Alima never gave him the time of day again and Poppy might not have to have “got rejected in the Love Island villa” in her bio then. Which alas, she currently does.

Another casualty of the sleepover, in which the only success story was Giorgio. Caprice tried to get with Dejon but he of course stayed with Meg. She’s since been dating Shea – who she never met on the show but they linked up after. Happy for her.

Truly the least memorable of all the Islanders this series I fear, because he didn’t even enter during an iconic moment. His tragic Instagram bio is currently “Didn’t find love in 24 hours”. A bit bitter but fair. He entered alongside Billykiss and took Shakira and Toni on dates but got dumped when he didn’t couple up.

Chris Middleton

For once, Casa Amor didn’t produce too many flops. Even the others who like Chris never got chosen, namely Rheo, Martin and Yaz, all got way more screen time than poor Chris. Chris was actually barely on the show at all, after failing to get any romantic connection going he got dumped with barely any storyline.

He has since got a decent TikTok following after leaning into being one of the Islanders of Love Island 2025 that most people forgot. You’ve just got to embrace it, I guess.
