This is the ‘number one’ way to catch a cheating partner that ‘everyone always misses’
It’s so simple
If you suspect your partner is cheating on you, it can be difficult to catch them out, but there is one super obvious sign that everyone always misses.
From hiding their phone to spending more time away from home, there are all kinds of pointers that a partner is being unfaithful. However, experts have revealed that one of the main ways cheating partners are often caught out has nothing to do with any of those things.
The cheating sign that people always miss is getting cash out. Yes, frequent visits to the cashpoint from a joint account, or one that their partner has access to, is how loads of cheaters are outed.
“We’re basically a cashless society these days, so if your partner has always been about tap-and-go, using a credit card for reward points and suddenly starts doing ATM withdrawals – that’s a bread crumb worth following,” private investigator Cassie Crofts explained on TikTok.
“Cash doesn’t leave a trail. If they go to a restaurant and spend $200, you can be pretty sure they weren’t dining solo. But $200 cash withdrawal? You’ve got no idea what happened.”

Brothel manager Catherine De Noire agreed that late-night cash withdrawals are often a sign of someone being unfaithful to their partner.
“The first thing is that a lot of guys don’t carry enough cash. So then they go and withdraw money from an ATM, which is usually somewhere near the brothel or inside the brothel,” she said on Instagram.
“This is very suspicious, especially when you see that your partner withdraws a lot of money at 4 am in the morning in this area, and the account is a shared one.”
