‘You’re indisputably a b*tch’: Willam posts full response to Mistress and it’s an annihilation

‘Mistress thinks that volume equals correctness – it doesn’t’

Willam VS Mistress Isabelle Brooks is Kendrick Lamar VS Drake but for gay people. If you thought Mistress’ first video coming for Willam was savage and if you thought Willam’s first response on Instagram was a bit tepid, then don’t worry – because the Drag Race legend has just matched Mistress by posting a full Willam Wednesday YouTube annihilation responding to literally everything Mistress said and kinda proving you honestly don’t f*ck with her. It’s wild, and you need to see it. Here’s a rundown of all the Drag Race beef between Willam and Mistress and what Willam said in the clapback video.

It’s a YouTube WAR at this point

To catch you up, Willam has been vocally critical of Mistress Isabelle Brooks and her conduct on All Stars 10 on multiple platforms – notably her podcast Race Chaser with Alaska. Mistress was silent for a while, but we should have known a hurricane was coming. She uploaded a 14 minute video coming for Willam, parodying Willam’s Beatdown and basically said Willam was now a YouTube flop obsessed with talking about Drag Race and a clout chaser. Mistress also claimed Willam was begging to be on her channel.

Willam’s response video is WILD

Willam’s response to Mistress really calls out how he feels she does one thing for the audience and for vitality and drama, but behind the scenes tells a different story. Willam explains how the two have the same manager and whilst the video was going up Mistress was going through their manager to ask to work with Willam who couldn’t do so because she was working in Europe.

When Mistress criticised Willam for constantly talking about Drag Race, Willam’s response is “It’s so strange you think my entire life and career revolve around a TV show. It doesn’t. It’s part of my world. I was on my favourite TV show, and now I have a podcast where I talk about it with a winner of the show.”

When Mistress accused Willam of waiting in line for RuPaul at DragCon, who Willam has beef with and then got removed from, Willam says “She’s wrong – I got a picture in the line and left. Mistress thinks that volume equals correctness – it doesn’t. I told her that on the phone, she doesn’t like that.”

Willam criticised Mistress again for how she treated Aja on the show, and claims this video dragging Willam is a distraction technique to take the heat off Mistress’ behaviour. She also said that Mistress tried to weaponise Willam’s generosity, which Willam is proud of.

Willam also spoke about the longevity of her career and how she feels people don’t want to work with Mistress – with Willam still getting bookings and being successful 13 years after her appearance on Drag Race.

When Mistress accused Willam of being a clout chaser, Willam said “I am. And what are you, girl?” Willam continued by telling Mistress “You went on a TV show, if you can’t take the heat get out of the kitchen” and accused

“You’re worried this fame you have right now might be going away so you’re attacking other people – you’re indisputably, factually a b*tch”.

The entire Willam VS Mistress YouTube drama has been one of the most savage sagas in recent Drag Race memory. I can’t imagine Mistress is going to let this response slide, so let’s stay seated for the inevitable next instalment.
