The exact charge Emilie Kiser’s husband Brady could be facing over son’s drowning
He hasn’t been charged yet
Following an investigation, police have recommended that Emilie Kiser’s husband Brady is charged over the death of their three-year-old son.
Trigg drowned in their garden pool on 12th May and died in hospital six days later. The influencer was out with friends at the time, and the toddler was being looked after by his dad.
Brady Kiser told police he lost sight of his son for three to five minutes after they finished eating as he was distracted by their other child, who is a newborn.
He hasn’t been charged yet, but this is the exact charge Brady has been recommended by the Chandler Police Department in Arizona.

This is the charge could Brady Kiser be facing
In a statement, Chandler police recommended that Brady be charged with a Class 4 child abuse felony.
“Following a thorough review of the evidence, investigators have recommended a Class 4 felony charge of child abuse against Brady Kiser. The case has now been submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for review,” they said.
What is a Class 4 child abuse felony?
In the United States, crimes are split into felonies and misdemeanours. A felony is a serious crime that carries higher punishment, while misdemeanours are less serious.
The state of Arizonia, where the Kiser family live, has six felony classes. A Class 1 felony is the most serious, while a Class 6 is the least serious.
That means a Class 4 felony is in the middle range in terms of seriousness. It’s more serious then a Class 5 or 6, but less severe than a Class 1, 2 or 3.
