Annie Knight reveals real reason for hospitalisation, and it wasn’t 583 men challenge

OnlyFans star Annie Knight has revealed the real reason for her recent hospital stay, and it wasn’t due to her 583 men challenge.

Annie recently slept with nearly 600 men in six hours as part of an online student. However, soon after completing the event, she ended up being hospitalised.

Taking to Instagram, she posted a video, captioned: “Being hospitalised after taking 583 men was not on my 2025 bingo card.”

As well as the post, she also revealed that she had a cut from the challenge, leading many to believe this was the cause of her hospital stay. However,  in an interview with The Mirror US, she claimed that this wasn’t the case.

In an email exchange, Annie explained that she’d been suffering with health problems since January, specifically “heavy bleeding and a lot of pain”.

The 27-year-old said she thought she’d “sorted” the problem before the challenge, but came to realise she hadn’t, which led to her recent hospitalisation.

“I thought I had sorted the problem and then mid this past week the bleeding and pain came back so I went to the hospital just to make sure everything was okay,” Annie explained.

When she arrived at the hospital, she said the staff “assumed” the challenge was the cause for her symptoms. However, after some medical testing, Annie was told it was “likely more of a hormonal issue caused from low iron, low progesterone and high cortisol”.

Despite this incident, she explained she doesn’t regret the challenge but there are aspects she’d do differently next time.

Annie said she’d hired a fluffer, someone to keep a male performer ready between adult entertainment scenes, however, the one she hired did not turn up. She noted that this led her to doing “more work with my hands and mouth”.

OnlyFans subscribers can expect to see Annie back soon for more sexual escapades. Although, her doctors have advised her to rest and recuperate for a week or so.

In spite of this, Annie is adamant this set back won’t stop her from achieving her career goals, adding: “I’ll be back in the game in no time.”
