MAFS bride Jacqui embarrassingly caught out sending herself cash on a ‘fan’ donation page
She set up the page for people to send her money, but she’s the only contributor
MAFS Australia bride Jacqui has been caught out running a fan donation page, but the only contributor so far is herself. I’m embarrassed for her.
Jacqui has set herself up on Buymeacoffee.com, a site designed for people to donate coffees to each other. You go on someone’s profile, and send them an amount of money, roughly enough for a coffee shop coffee. The person then gets stamps, much like you would in the shop.
Jacqui’s account bio reads: “Cameo Queen, Hot Mess, Reality TV Star, A lil cray cray, Former Lawyer, Dog Mum & recently engaged!!”.

It lists that she has had just one person donate to her. But that’s where it gets a little awkward, because the only person to donate… is Jacqui. In the bit where the site prompts you to “say something nice” about the person you’re donating to, she’s written about herself in third person. It seems Jacqui might not be aware she didn’t make the donation anonymous.
“Thank you for all the laughs. You were our favourite bride of all time. Never a dull moment,” she said, of herself. The comment was written underneath the very clear outing: “Jacqui Burfoot became a supporter.”
If you want to help the cause, her profile is still live. But, Jacqui has gone on and on and on about how much money she has and how money is so important to her. Since she got engaged to Clint from MAFS, she’s been posting about being a “passenger princess” and driving around in a Porsche.

So, maybe the issue is that there are so much more important and in need causes out there? I’m not sure, just a thought. Her profile is here, if you want to take a look regardless.
