Two MAFS Australia cast members accused of ‘lying about their jobs’ whilst on the show
Messy!
Two MAFS Australia cast members have been accused of lying about their jobs whilst they appeared on the show. It’s been claimed the cast members in question said they had one job to the cameras, but they were actually working as something else.
Those accused of bending the truth about their workplaces whilst appearing as participants are Jamie and Adrian. According to So Dramatic!, Jamie works as a bottle girl in a nightclub. Whenever she’s appeared on screen during MAFS, Jamie’s name has been next to a heading that stated her job is an account manager.
However, according to the publication, she hasn’t worked at that job for five years. One source said: “I saw Jamie doing bottle service when the show was airing. My friends and I said hi to her, and she was lovely but in working mode.”

This makes sense, as in an interview since the show, Jamie mentioned working in a nightclub. She said this helped her and Dave be open during the experiment with one another.
“Honestly, Dave and I are very chill,” Jamie said. “We’ve both got friends of the opposite sex. I work in a nightclub – it’s a very male-dominated space. We’ve always been open about those things since our honeymoon.”
As well as Jamie, Adrian has also been accused of not having the job he claimed he did. So Dramatic! has also blown the apparent lid on this. During the show, Adrian was listed as an e-commerce business owner. More specifically, the creative director of Pakdsport, a sports bag company he founded in 2022.

“He’s a public servant for the council,” a source has claimed. “So is his brother.” Apparently the bag brand was just something he was “trying to launch” as his “ticket to get rich”. Ouch.
Adrian’s business is very much real, and he’s listed on the website as its founder. So, maybe he worked both jobs but just wanted to push his business more? He wouldn’t be the first MAFS cast member to do that.
