‘I belong on TV’: MAFS Australia bride Jamie is desperate to go on more reality TV shows

Jamie Marinos definitely seemed to enjoy expressing her opinion on MAFS Australia 2025. Now, Jamie has announced she believes reality TV is her “calling”, and she’s unveiled a list of shows she would love to go on next.

She told Yahoo Lifestyle: “I belong on television. I think I definitely found my calling being in front of a camera just talking s**t. I need to just run my mouth somewhere, so I would love to do more TV.”

Jamie listed other reality TV shows she reckons she’d be a great fit for. ““I don’t think a dating show would be my thing, unless it’s like The Bachelorette. But I keep saying to people, I could so host Love Island or something, or even go on Andy [Lee’s] The Hundred, or a travel show. I don’t know, give me my own lifestyle segment, I’ll talk! Just give me something.”

Although Jamie’s fellow bride Beth is hoping to have a second shot at love on the UK version of MAFS, Jamie would only consider returning to MAFS Australia under very specific circumstances. She said: “I don’t know if [the producers] bring back people that made it all the way to the end. It’s usually the ones that get hard done by. But honestly, now that I know the type of men that go on MAFS, I don’t know how keen I am on that. But maybe as an expert! I’d love that.”

There’s one popular reality TV show that Jamie would never consider going on after her stint on MAFS Australia. When asked if she’d consider appearing on I’m A Celebrity, she replied, “I’m not going into the jungle, I’m not doing that. No way.”

Jamie is the most popular MAFS Australia 2025 contestant, based on Instagram followers. She and Dave have way more followers than all the other cast members. Jamie has been called Channel Nine’s new “golden girl” because the MAFS publicity team keep wheeling her out at events to promote the show. So maybe we will see Jamie on another reality TV show soon?
